The CCIE has always been a psych war, but the proctors
are not the ones who are doing this...
When you take the lab, the questions are clear and
concise English and teh proctors do everything they
can to make you feel more comfortable...
Dude, a lot of candidates are have ashen white faces
and seemed to me to be scared out of their pants.
I think the proctors don't like calling 9-1-1.
They try to tell jokes and get people talking, etc.
The lunches if not the for the proctors, look like a
funeral with a bunch of corpses trying to eat.
People are under a lot of stress and I do not think
the proctors enjoy toying with people...
Ask why they went from 2-day to 1-day sometime.
Humans can be emotional and not themselves when under
stress.
The proctors realize this.
People on this group sometimes jibe at each other and
even have a bit of fun doing it.
Cisco has an email address where you can ask questions
of the lab and get answers for the CCIE Lab.
Whatever you hear here at Groupstudy is mostly (99%)
opinion and not necessarily fact.
Cisco posts their changes and usually gives at least 6
months notice. The proctors will tell you this
clearly.
It is a fair test.
And yes we all get worked up after seing workbooks
that have all the newest features from the newest code
doing things that are not even dreamed of in the
lab...
It is no wonder we are stressed...
:)
Take the Accessor clear your nerves and look at this
as a learning experience.
It is a journey, and hopefully not a destination.
