Asunto: 3640 will not load image

I have a 3640 which had no mem or flash and would not
boot. I upgraded it to 128D/32F. Tried to download
flash via xmodem but image still won't load. I now can
only access it via rommon. Does anyone have any
answers in regards to what I am doing wrong or what is
wrong? below is the constant reboot I get after a
reset as there is no image on the box when I do a dir.
I need help desperatly.

rommon 2 > reset
