All,
Task 8.1 asks us to make sure R5 conforms to a provisioned rate (2.5
Mbps for one subint, and 3.5Mbps for another subint of an Ethernet
interface. The solution has a policy-map using traffic shaping
instead of policing.
It says "the upstream neighbor will only allow 2.5 Mbps" etc... As
long as your exceed action is to drop, can't policing be used here as
well?
