aaa authorization

I am confusing here between the two authorization methods.

1) aaa authorization exec
2) aaa authorization command enable_level

When I try to restrict certain commands for a user with 'privilege level' or
'role-based', the first aaa method seem to be sufficient. I am trying to
understand the difference between the 'exec' and 'command enable_level'.

What is the effect of the second method? And when should I apply?
