Are you saying you cannot telnet to the term server's ip and
use the port number for the router's console port?

i.e.,

telnet 192.168.1.22 2001

Quoting PhiL <theccie@gmail.com>: If you upgrade the IOS will will get 182 vty lines. This output is from my 2511 but the 2509 should give you the same: access-server(config)# access-server(config)#line vty 0 181 access-server(config-line)#^Z access-server#show flash System flash directory: File Length Name/status 1 16464224 c2500-jos56i-l.121-5.T14.bin [16464288 bytes used, 312928 available, 16777216 total] 16384K bytes of processor board System flash (Read ONLY) You can also use your aux port to reverse telnet as well (on the 2511 it would be port 2017) just type show line and check the port number for AUX. -- Regards, PhiL _______________________________________________________________________ Subscription information may be found at: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/CCIELab.html
