If you upgrade the IOS will will get 182 vty lines. This output is from my
2511 but the 2509 should give you the same:
access-server(config)#
access-server(config)#line vty 0 181
access-server(config-line)#^Z
access-server#show flash

You can also use your aux port to reverse telnet as well (on the 2511 it
would be port 2017) just type show line and check the port number for AUX.
