Limited to 5 VTY lines on cisco 2509?

Hi All,

I just bought a cisco 2509 terminal server with 8 terminal lines.
I would like to be able to create at least 8 separate vty sessions so I can
telnet into each router separately.
However, it seems I'm limited to only 5 vty sessions:

TERMINAL-SERVER(config)#line vty 0 8
                                   ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

TERMINAL-SERVER(config)#line vty ?
  <0-4> First Line number

TERMINAL-SERVER(config)#line vty 5 ?
% Unrecognized command
TERMINAL-SERVER(config)#line vty 5 10
                                 ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

TERMINAL-SERVER(config)#

Is there a way to create more vty lines? I know on other cisco devices you
can configure lines 5 through 15 as well.
