TX queue

Hi Group,

When I use show controller ser 0/0/0 for example there is a line

tx_limited=0(16), which I think is the TX Queue size, but can't
understand what does "0" means.

I know that when I use some queue tools the size of the TX Queue is
degreased by the IOS and this

Value form 0 became something else. Is this value 0 only when I have no
queue tools in use on the port. And if this value is not 0 (3 for
example),

what this value imply ?
