Group,
When configuring an ntp access-list on an NTP server which derives
its own time from its hardware clock, does the access-list need to
include 127.127.7.1. I am noticing some funnies in my lab when I have an
access-list and do not include 127.127.7.1. If I put a deny any log at
the end of the ACL it logs an entry from 0.0.0.0 to 127.127.7.1, and
eventually the clock becomes unsynced locally.
Has anybody experienced similar behavior.
Regards,
Colm
