Additionally, it depends on the application. Say for instance you are
running voice over frame....by running fragmentation on the sub-interface
via map-class statements you can control the fragments size and Bc interval
for fragmentation.

According to cco, they show examples of fragmentation enabled on
map-class OR directly on the physical/subinterface. Inherently does it
make a difference at which level it is enabled?
