Frame-relay Link Efficiency.

Hello Dears,

Task says that there is RTP application that is going to R3
R1 --frame-relay-- R2 --- Ethernet --- R3, Guarantee latency of RTP.
This link is optimum situation when it is speed 512k, fragment of 640k

How can I solve this task?

In R1 and R3 could I:

Router(config-if)#encap frame-relay
Router(config-if)#map-class frame-relay VOIPoverFR
Router(config-map-class)#no frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn
Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay cir 512000
Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay bc 5120

Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay mincir 512000
Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay fragment 640
Router(config-map-class)#frame-relay ip rtp priority 16384 16383 45
Router(config-map-class)#exit
Router(config)#interface Serial 0/0
Router(config-if)#frame-relay traffic-shaping
Router(config-if)#frame-relay ip rtp header-compression
