Hi,
I *think* the main difference is that a demand circuit restricts hellos
AND lsas in a stable topology, however the flood-reduction only reduces
lsas... Obviously you'd use one on a slow speed ISDN link, and the other
one where you have huge routing tables and you wish to just lessen the
burden on the constant reception of lsas in a stable topology, but not
affect hello traffic..
