Here is intersting frame-relay shaping question that is unanswered yet.

routers R1 & R2 is connected over Frame-relay.
ON R1
. The Traffic on link
can't exceed 64 kbps.
. The average traffic rate for the PVC is 32kbps
. The
bc should be 1/8 of CIR
. The provider is guaranteeing 16kbps of Traffic.

The PVC should adapt to receive BECNs.
ON R2
. The Service Provider is
guaranteeing 40 kbps of traffic
. Initial burst should be 64 kbps
. BC
should be 2 kbps.
. CIR should be 8 times the BC.
. The PVC should adapt to
receive BECNs.
R2 is giving confusions. What you experts say about it?
