Hi Chris
I think it will be depend on the multicast application. For example if you
have streaming video then it makes sense to limit in the direction from
source to the mcast receivers. So if source is on LAN of the router then in
inbound direction will be beneficial. BUt if the application is interactive
video then limiting in both the direction will be benefecial.
