Thanks, but the neighbors had the ip ospf priority 0 in the interface
I think this has nothing to do, but It could be
I must lab it again...

Victor,

In case of the spoke routers with interface configuration command "ip
ospf priority 0", the neighbor command dissapears from the
running-configuration. The neighbor command on the hub in sufficient to
succcessfully discover its neighbors.
