Frame-relay map 100.100.100.2 XX b
Frame-relay map 100.100.100.3 XX b
Router ospf 1
Net 100.100.100.5 0.0.0.0 area 0
Neigh 100.100.100.3
Neigh 100.100.100.2
On the spokes

No frame-relay inve
Ip add 100.100.100.2 255.255.255.0

Then Reload Router HUB And that's it
Hope you do not get the OSPF: Neighbor command is allowed only on NBMA and
point-to-multipoint networks

Victor,
In case of the spoke routers with interface configuration command "ip
ospf priority 0", the neighbor command dissapears from the
running-configuration. The neighbor command on the hub in sufficient to
succcessfully discover its neighbors.
