spanning-tree forward-delay interpretation

Hi Group,

If the question would list to make sure that once a device is connected to
a switch port in say vlan 10, the time spent for listening and learning
for topo changes gets shortend to 5 seconds, what would be the most
appropriate answer and why?

option A

spanning-tree vlan 10 forward-time 5

option B

spanning-tree vlan 10 forward-time 4
spanning-tree vlan 10 hello-time 1
