It's definitely 5 seconds for listening, and 5
seconds for learning :) You can not make
listening+learning = 5, no matter how ;)

"spanning-tree vlan X forward-time 5"

configured on *root* bridge. That's total
of 10 seconds delay, but who cares ;)

Nothing to do with "hello-time" here, IMHO.
