It's actually a feature :)

The question is: why do we need that? :) As you can see, you
may put IPs from same subnet on different subinterfaces, or even
same IP on different subinterfaces.

AFAIK, that make sense with multipoint subinterfaces, when
you want to conserve IP address space and avoid problems
like split-horizon at the same time.

You that put single IP on different subinterfaces, and provide
necessary frame-relay mappings for things to work correctly.
