Sami,
The 224.0.1.39 group is used by the RP candidate to announce its candidacy to
the mapping agent.  Only the mapping agent is a member of this group.  The
router you show below is not a member, is not "listening".  Note there is no C
or L flag on the *.G entry.  This router is simply reflecting state for the
active stream.
