OSPF LSA types

Is there any way to change type 5-lsa's to any other type... like a more preferred type.

For example,

If I had a NSSA area, which takes type 7 and converts it to a type 5, from "spoke router A" to a "hub router C". And then I do the same on "spoke router B", going to the same "hub router C". I want the "hub router C" to prefer the external route toward "spoke router A".

Now you have to do this with out changing any AD, cost (all), or bandwidth.

Any clues...
