this route point to "black hole" therefore if it is acceptable, you can leave
it with default AD 5

Example:
R1 receive default route from OSPF (AD 110)
On R1 configured ip summary-address eigrp 110 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
Hence default route will be replaced to black hole.
