First of thanks for your time to reply me.I didn't upgrade maintenance
image to the same version.The application image uploaded into partition 1 of
HDD.It is Nam-2.
But, this module is working with maintenance image.

1) 6500 is in Native Mode ( Cisco IOS 12.2-17SXD is running)
2) Yes, NAM Module VLAN was not into VLAN 1
3) About NTP, I am not sure
What is the solution for this?
