Hello Faryar,
In the task 4.3 the question ask for the loopback to be
advertised into the OSPF domain, without the network statement.
So when you are doing the full redistribution you have to add
the fastethernet 0/24 under the route-map CONNECTED2OSPF command.

Aris

Just to shed light on the subject. You have to include that interface
in your IGP domain so when you learn BGP routes(through IBGP), your AS
has a route to the nexthop which is the backbone. I had just set the
next hop to the local AS router(which had direct connectivity to the
backbone) so local routers didn't need a route to the BackBone link.
Hope this makes sense and I'm not just typing to myself.

I completed the task and got everything to work. But checking the IE
solutions they redistribute fa0/24 on switch 1 into OSPF. Why is that?
