Hi and welcome to the SG.
You can start with reading Lab Exam Blue Print and checking the
recommended reading list on Cisco Web.
"Sample" lab scenarios you can find in CCIE RS Lab practical studies vol
1-2, not a fresh ones but neither are expensive. Workbooks from
EnternetwrkingExpert, NetMasterClass or IPExpert are very good but cost
more.
IPExpert used to have a bunch of short scenarios per topic, i.e.
FrameRelay, OSPF etc. If you plan to study in the evenings this would be
a good stuff to start with, it helped me a lot.
You have to have an access to some lab rack to practice, this is a must.
There are free racks to schedule at http://free-labs.com - no LAN
switches but quite good for start-up. They have rental racks with full
range of hardware for further preparation, check their site. Just a
customer opinion. :-)
Otherwise just be around, read this list, lots of opinions and advices
pretty often.
People say is takes up to 300 hrs practicing before you are ready to
take an exam.... Maybe true, surely not for everyone. Just be patient
and persistent. No pain - no gain. :-)
