never considered this command but after a a quick
read, i understand client-to-client reflection to be
this:

by default, this feature is on and it means that the
route reflector will update all clients with an update
received from another client. this process is called
"client-to-client" reflection (albeit indirectly).

if the clients are fully meshed, there's no need for
the route reflector to send the update to all clients
as they are fully meshed. so you can disable
client-to-client updates at the reflector end. the
rest of the clients will get the update directly from
the other client.
