I went thru the link you have send.
It explains the way to connect IP phones and PCs on different switch ports ,
surely you can use access ports
Iam using one port for connecting to IP phones as well as PC.
Thatz why iam using dot1q trunk.

all the configuration is done with switchport access 3 not with native
