AFAIK there is no way to originate a route into OSPF besides
network x.x.x.x, ip ospf x area y interface command, or redistribute
command
(from connected, or some other routing protocol).
Summarization will work only if you have more specific routes already
in your database - however, that may do the trick, in some strange
scenarios.
