I would have to say I AM really happy with the IE products! I have the
COD myself and it's excellent. I have bought products from other
vendors so can probably make a fair enough comparison and I do like
the IE stuff best - hence my patience with them!
I have to say too the customer service I received in the past from IE
when I was buying the COD was first-class (a free iPod arriving at my
home in Ireland a couple of days later wasn't bad either!). To be
honest I think I just had a bit of bad luck this past week or so but
the guys at IE have made amends and I'm happy overall.
