Just a few more comments.
no frame relay inverse-arp and no arp frame-relay give you the same result of not getting dynamic frame relay mapping from the FR switch, so you can specify static mapping manually using the " frame relay map <ip address> <dlci>" or the frame relay interface-dlci <dlci commands.
So if a question says do not use dynamic mapping, or use static mapping, or use the specified mappings, that means you need to disable the frame relay up using either of the two commands above. The best is to use the no frame relay inverse-arp command.
