Mushtaq, are you using the same device both at home and the office to telnet
to your terminal server? In other words, are you using the same laptop at
home that you are at the office to access your lab? If not, I might suggest
that the key bindings for whatever your telnet app is at the office may be
worth looking into. Different apps can have different key bindings for
shortcuts to various tasks so maybe something is getting in the way of your
"ctrl+shift+6, then x".

the terminal server session

Hi,

I appologize to post the same question again but I'm still having this issue
and was wondering if anyone had similar situation that could help me to
resolve this on going issue. As I posted earlier I have no probelm accessing
my rack at home but the problem starts when I try to access it from my
office PC. May be it is due to FW or something and I'm clueless at this
moment. Any help to resolve this would be great.

TIA,
Mushtaq
