Hi there, maybe if you install VNC on your computer and try to reach it from
your office. Or maybe if you have a Linux box you could ssh/telnet to the
Linux box and then minicon to the Terminal Server?
HTH
Victor.

the terminal server session
Rik,
First for all thanks for your interest in helping me to resolve this
annoying issue.
To answer on question, I use the same laptop to connect both from my office
and home. The only difference is that I'm behind FW in the office (not sure
of the FW config) that is the only thing I could think that is causing this
problem. I can switch between routers while I telnet to any device in my
office network but face difficulty when I try to access my home rack from
the office.
I tried using SecureCRT, TeraTerm, and Putty but no luck so far. I hope
someone could give me good tips to get rid of this ongoing problem.
Thanks,
Mushtaq
