Don't argue with the lab. Just do what it says. Nothing more and
nothing less. If you have any questions or concerns about the wording
of a task ask the proctor but don't get into "semantics" with the
proctor about something like this.

Wait a minute...couldn't it be argued that the lab failed to say "do not
configure on non-user ports" or configure it "ONLY" on user ports?

One could also argue that since the router is not participating in SPT
there
is no reason for it to wait for forwarding delay...
