I strongly recommend people use the show policy-map interface output under
all circumstances to check the actual bandwidth that will be applied by the
configuration. The way the bandwidth percent and bandwidth percent
remaining commands calculate things has changed at least once, and may
change again. Rather than trying to memorize things like this, it is always
better to rely on verification via show commands.
