Issue with 3620

I have a very specific issue with a 3620 router. The facts:

        * 3620 ROM 11.1(20) AA2 Early Deployment Release (fc1)
        * FLASH 16MB
        * DRAM 64MB
        * 1 Voice card two voice ports
        * 1 Fast Ethernet and Two Serial Ports

I have ENT plus IOS 12.2-29 running on it fine however it won't run any
other IOS I load. It freezes up when loading and will only boot when I
remove the Voice card with any other IOS. If I leave out the Voice board the
Ethernet port shows up but doesn't work. If I load back on the 12.2-29 IOS
everything is fine, the other IOS Should run on the device according to the
CISCO web site so I am at a loss to the actual problem. I was assuming it to
be a limitation of the ROM.
