You can't save your config to Flash like that on the
2500. Notice the last line of 'show ver' that says
the flash is "read-only". In order to write to flash,
it needs to be read-write.

The 2500 is a "run-from-flash" device. If both flash
banks are configured in a single partition, the
partition will be read-only if an image is booted from
flash.
