Hey Guys, I been searching high and low, for Frame-relay RATE LIMITING...
 Suppose you have 256 Kbps as the maximum Throughput
Your TC Value is 125ms
During congestion the provideer will mark excess with 56 kbps with DE..
This one got me thinking ...
 So my Access Rate would be 256, the Cir will be 56 ?
 Please shed a lite on my darkness
