If you confirgured ipv6 on the MPPP interface after it came
active you will have to shut/no shut it again. The reason is
that ppp neogiates the protocols on the link and does redo
this neogiation until the link goes up/down again.

When doing the shut/no shut wait until you see the console
message interface down before un shutting it. Sometimes I
am too impatient and the link doesnt actually have time to
go down.
