I am having trouble bolting ipv6 on top of an existing ipv4 config. The
config
is below:

multilink virtual-template 11
interface Serial4/0:1
 no ip address
 encapsulation ppp
 ppp multilink
!
interface Serial4/1:1
 no ip address
 encapsulation ppp
 ppp multilink
!
interface Virtual-Template11
 ip address 132.1.45.5 255.255.255.248
 ipv6 address 2001:CC1E:1:4545::5/65
 ppp authentication chap
 ppp chap hostname multi
 ppp chap password 0 multi
 ppp multilink

When I look at show ipv6 interface, the virtual access interface isn't
listed.

Virtual-Template11 is down, line protocol is down
  IPv6 is enabled, link-local address is FE80::210:79FF:FE67:AC00
  Global unicast address(es):
    2001:CC1E:1:4545::5, subnet is 2001:CC1E:1:4545::/65 [TENTATIVE]
  Joined group address(es):
    FF02::1
    FF02::1:FF00:5
    FF02::1:FF67:AC00
  MTU is 1500 bytes
  ICMP error messages limited to one every 100 milliseconds
  ICMP redirects are enabled
  ND DAD is enabled, number of DAD attempts: 1
  ND reachable time is 30000 milliseconds
Loopback0 is up, line protocol is up
  IPv6 is enabled, link-local address is FE80::210:79FF:FE67:AC00
  Global unicast address(es):
    2001:CC1E:1::5, subnet is 2001:CC1E:1::5/128
  Joined group address(es):
    FF02::1
    FF02::1:FF00:5
    FF02::1:FF67:AC00
  MTU is 1514 bytes
  ICMP error messages limited to one every 100 milliseconds
  ICMP redirects are enabled
  ND DAD is not supported
  ND reachable time is 30000 milliseconds

Any ideas what I am missing?

TIA,

Todd
