In IE lab-2 BGP last part, I can get the same results with:
ip as-path access-list 1 deny _254$
ip as-path access-list 1 permit .*
!
router bgp 400
neighbor 204.12.1.254 filter-list 1 out
As the solution does with the route-maps:
ip as-path access-list 1 permit _254$
!
route-map STOP deny 10
match as-path 1
!
route-map STOP permit 20
!
router bgp 400
neighbor 204.12.1.254 route-map STOP out
Just wondering if both will be acceptable solutions?
