Once it is configured in the root, it propagates to all switches through
the BPDUs. It is recommended to have the parameters configured on both the
primary root and the secondary one.
What you are seeing in the output below is correct. One set is for what is
propagated from the root and the other is for what is locally configured.
The ones from the root are active.

I just thought about the spanning-tree parametrs... like spanning-tree
forwarding delay.
Should this parameter if changed be manually configured on all switches??
Should it be the same in the network or could be different on diffrent
switches.
When I configure this on the root switch look on the show on the root and
no root switches:
