I just thought about the spanning-tree parametrs... like spanning-tree
forwarding delay.
Should this parameter if changed be manually configured on all switches??
Should it be the same in the network or could be different on diffrent
switches.
When I configure this on the root switch look on the show on the root and
no root switches:
 root:

CAT2#show spanning-tree vlan 56

VLAN0056
Spanning tree enabled protocol ieee
Root ID Priority 32824
Address 000b.be7c.3880
This bridge is the root
Hello Time 2 sec Max Age 20 sec Forward Delay 17 sec

Bridge ID Priority 32824 (priority 32768 sys-id-ext 56)
Address 000b.be7c.3880
Hello Time 2 sec Max Age 20 sec Forward Delay 17 sec
Aging Time 300

CAT2#

Nonroot:

CAT1#show spanning-tree vlan 56

Address 000d.2985.4c80
Hello Time 2 sec Max Age 20 sec Forward Delay 15 sec <-----------
Aging Time 300

Gi0/1 Root FWD 4 128.25 P2p
Gi0/2 Altn BLK 4 128.26 P2p

Could it cause any problem if parameters like hello time, max age or
forward delay are different in the network ???
