Ok, as Danny said it when implementing CAR the minimal burst should be
greater than the MTU of the media we are dealing with. That makes sense,
but a couple of questions arrive to my mind:

1.- What about if you define an exceeded burst capability on CAR in such
a way that Bc+Be > MTU?
2.- What about using MQC to configure policing?. As far as I understand,
the algorithm will allow to pass a packet as far as the credit in token
bucket is >= 0. Would it be correct to define a Bc lower than the MTU?....
