Yeah I have checked the website and it says the card is compatible.
I don't know if there is something like version 1 and version 2 card.
May be I require to go some more search on the site to dig this out.
Thanks

Are you sure that module is compatible with a 1751? A 1751 is much older
than a 2800 so that needs confirmation first although at first glance I
would think so. I've also seen where there are different versions of a
given card and only a specific version is compatible with a particular
router series. Maybe this is a "version 2" card and you need a "version 1"
or something like that.

Subject: problems with 1751-v
Hi all ,
I have a problem with 1751-V router
VWIC-1MFT-E1 is not being detected.
The same VWIC works fine in 2800.
I can see that in "sh diag" command on 1751.
But the controller doesn't appear in config.
I have used following ios
1) c1700-ipvoicek9-mz.124-3.bin
2) c1700-ipvoice-mz.123-11.T7.bin
3) c1700-sv3y-mz.123-16.bin
I have also tried all the possible slots on 1751..but it gives same
following error
%E1T1_MODULE-3-INITFAILURE:
and cisco website ..tells nothing more then contacting the tech support.
Kindly let me know if anyone has troubles hooted such problem, I feel the
hardware is fine because it works in 2800.
Thanks
Vishal
