It is a good idea to configure your sub-interfaces to be the same number

your VLAN tag for managability, but there is no requirement for that.
The
sub-interface number can be something other than the VLAN tag.

Configure switch port as Dot1q trunk ( strict No-NO for ISL )!!! After
configuring it as a trunk block all vlan except the two you need . Use
allowed vlan option in the switch port configuration .
On the router use DOT1Q sub interfaces and configure other IP stuffs in
there !!! Things to note in the configuration . Your sub interface
number
should be equal to DOT1Q VLAN tag !!
