ok, here is where i'm at...just checking in.
first i had a working async 1-8 and a non-working 9-16
i swapped the cables and then had a non-working 1-8 AND a NON-working 9-16.
i switched them back and 1-8 is working again and 9-16 is dead. is this
just a bad cable OR a bad cable and a bad 2nd async port?
