RE: termal server revese telnet config [bcc][faked-from]

Given that cable a works on 1-8 and not 9-16 tells me there
is something wrong with 9-16 (config or physical port). If
the config for ports 1-8 and 9-16 are the same then you have
a physical interface problem.

Given that cable b does not work on 9-16 or 1-8 (but cable a
does work on 1-8) tells me that cable b is bad and would
need replacing
