Ahh, ok, the exact opposite. The original task "not to initiate the dialer
watch process untill all the routing protocols settle down after the router
boot up" isn't solved by using 'delay route-check initial time'.
Per the CD: The Dialer Watch feature is triggered only when the primary
route is removed from the routing table. If the primary link fails to come
up during initial startup of the router, the route is never added to the
routing table and will not be watched.
So, for this task, the, using 'delay route-check' won't solve the issue. In
fact, nothing is needed since it's the default.

But if the task wanted the router's dialer watch to initiate a call even at
the initial boot-up if the route isn't in the route-table, then you would
use 'delay route-check initial time' syntax.
