guys gere is my senario
  r1 --------R3--------------R6
 |
 ------------R2------------R7
remote router R1... it has two tunnel`s to two central site routers R3 and
R2
R3 and R2 are lan connected to R6 and R7
 R1 OSPF AREA 1 NSSA NO-SUMMARY
R2 OSPF AREA 1 NSSA NO-SUMMARY + OSPF AREA 0
R3 OSPF AREA 1 NSSA NO-SUMM + OSPF AREA 0
R6 OSPF 0 + BGP
R7 OSPF 0 +BGP
so R6/7 are my ASBR`s and R2/R3 are my ABR`s
R2/3/6/7 on lans and connected usign tunnels
R6 and R7 advertise a default route in ospf ...
 default-infromation originate type 1
 r2 and r3 pick this ok ...
if either r6 or r7 goes offlline then r2/r3 use alternative path..
 GREAT
 R1...hmm
does not get default route if R7 goes down
R2/3 see the default as O/E1
 R1 sees default route as O/IA ????
any idea`s why the default route is bieng seen as internal and not external

there is no DR on the network
 TIA steve
