Because R1, R2, and R3 are nssa ( R2 and R3 being the nssa ABRs ), R2
and R3 actually filters the E1 default from getting R1. To make R1
see the default from R6 or R7, here are my suggestions:

1) Make area 1 a normal ospf area.
2) Remove the no-summary keyword from R2 and R3, and make them
generate a default with the default information originate command
towards R1 (into the nssa).

area 1 nssa default-information originate.
